Responsibilities:<br />
1.Setting goals, developing plans for business and revenue growth<br />
2.Researching prospective accounts in target markets<br />
3.Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle<br />
4.Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients<br />
5.Training business development staff<br />
6.Overseeing the implementation of business objectives in company's sales, marketing, business development professionals<br />
7.Comparing current sales numbers to desired quotas and coming up with a strategy to achieve the desired quota<br />
8.Delegating sales and marketing tasks among team members<br />
9.Meeting with upper management to discuss the progress and strategy<br />
10. Conduct research to identify new business sources, business partners and customers<br />
11. Identify and arrange business meetings with Banks for sourcing new business<br />
12. Identify and arrange business meetings with channel partners<br />
13. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients<br />
14. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.<br />
15. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
